Step 1: Container Inspection
- Check interior condition, focusing on floor and door seals

- Container must be able to seal hermetically
Step 2: Moisture Check
- Floor must be completely dry
- Check moisture content if possible
- Reject if moisture levels exceed 15%
Step 3: Seal Verification

- Reject container if seals are compromised
- Seal container vents with strong duct tape
Step 4: Bag Installation
- Hang bags evenly on ceiling hooks
- Maintain even distribution throughout container
